Success Stories- Unsung heroes

I thought I should share these stories as other wise most of the nation may never know what these people did
Lions of Mounatains
It may surprise some of the posters here that mujahideen in Kashmir are silently doing relief work in Kashmir. There are no camps of these mujahideen asking for help, no publicity what so ever yet what they are doing for the sake of ALLAH is unmatchable-
Mujahideen in Kashmir,NWFP,and Punjab region arre taking part in this rescue work- They are normally targeting areas where no aid is received. These lions of mountains normally carry the relief goods on their backs – around 50kg per person- and go into the valleys where it is difficult for choppers to reach. It is very difficult to carry these heavy luggages while hiking and fasting, but they are doing it for ALLAH-
recently one of my friends came back to take some doctors to the affected area,he needed physically fit doctors who can survive in those extreme circumstances..

The Dawah People
Second group which is silently working in these affected areas is tableghee Jamaat . Amir of tableghe jamaat haji wahab sahib who is in his ninteys is himself controlling the relief work-he was very first people to reach the area-
Approach of tableghee’s is very effective- they consist of jamaats of 10/12 persons going to the area with supplies and working there for 10-15 days each area- all the normal tableghe groups in Pakistan all also diverted to these areas.
TAbleghe jamat have a comprehensive data of masajid of the area and know exactly where to send a jamaat-

What i hear from my friends is that most of the time they are the first people to reach a area-yesterday one of them called me from a village on the indo-pak border and told me that there are people still trapped there and dead bodies of shuhdah are lying on the streets–

MAy ALLAH receive all the efforts of all groups working on the relief mission and return the happiness on the faces of our kashmirir brothers and sisters..

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

are they sharing this information of masjids and bastis in far off areas with the government and other relief agencies?

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

^^

The government will sell them to America…They are doing it for the sake of Allah :swt: alone…

These are the people whose living and dying is for Allah alone and so are their sacrifices…

Don’t know about the Tableeghi Jamaat, but they have always had their own quiet and humble methodologies of doing things their own way most unobtrusively…

Of course, people will find ways to discredit their efforts, they being devout Muslims and all…But, may Allah :swt: accept their efforts and give them even more strength…Ameen…

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

^ as long as they dont blow themselves up after helping out with relief efforts :-/

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

^

Even if they did, it would be for others persecuted by a powerful enemy...Not for themselves or any worldly gain...I cannot fathom a sacrifice being more nobler than that...

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

Suicide is HARAM, doesnt matter why you do it.

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

Oh and if they do blow themselves up, they do more harm than good, as you have SEEN.

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

so it is only to score points and not really for the benefit of the people.

EDIT: not that I think it is their reason, but that is what your argument suggests.

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

what more to say MAY ALLAH HELP THEM AMEEN :flower1:

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

how do you differentiate between the two..?

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

if it was for the benefit of people then they would have shared the data on masajids and remotely populated areas with every relief agency so that others can help too. If such knowledge is being kept to themselves then it is to show people that they are helping while others are not. Please read my comments with my edit. Most people are putting selfless efforts, so there is a distinction in the two acts.

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

bao, are the two groups you talked about interconnected?

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

hey anyone who is doing a good job must be acknowledged, whether it is tableeghi jamaat, or its the ping pong club of Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute.

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

there is no way, why do you fancy that?

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

just to clear a misconception; tableeghi jamaat is not a ‘jamaat’ or a cult. It’s ordinary folks from all walks of life from the Pakistani army, to doctors, engineers and so on doing the work of ‘dawah’. Hence, it’s imaginable that information at disposal might have been kept away from the authorities as many in the authorities themselves are associated with this work.

Secondly, it’s hard to believe that anyone after such a calamity would be doing relief work to ‘show off’ or to put others down in any way. It’s just a shallow way of thinking in my opinion.

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

Abdullah, did you read my edit (posted before you questioned me)? Abay laRnay ka mood hae kya?

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

nahen..just clarifying :)

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

hats off to mujahiddins...may ALLAH give them more power...

Re: Success Stories- Unsung heroes

No they are not-

Pir sahab–durast farmaya

As far as sharing of information is concerned-- i am sure they will be sharing this information with all concerned-
as abdullah rightly points out - tableghees come from wide range of occupations/areas so it is inimaginable that they may be hiding that information–

Jamaat ud Dawah

Jamaat ud dawah is another group working in the effected areas–they have established a big fild hospital in the area

Ar-Rasheed trust

A trust comprising of ulema is working so effectively that most of the time army is using Ar rasheed trust persons/workers to reach the affected areas- Army has also offerd thier transport helicopters to the trust as they are working in areas where no other group has reached yet–
