After some of these ads I see on Geo and ARY for Bahria town, and those kinds of developments, I’m wondering if we’re going to be seeing more of these.
Especially in Karachi - that would be great. Although massive numbers of buildings would have to be dropped, or maybe the houses can be built a little outside the city…a suburban Karachi…
The reason why I post is because I saw another thread on Bahria town and for some reason I thought “Karachi needs security-based developments like these”…especially since like every huge house in that city has been hit by robbers - most of them affiliated with some political party or the other.
Do you think we’ll ever see a suburban karachi? Do you think anyone would even want to invest in something like that?
development like those is cropping up everywhere. Not just bahria but other "towns." The next step is something like the KPT tower and creek city. They are basically cluster of 15-20 buildings about 25 stories high with 50 apartments in each building. I think high rise apartments are the only way to go as the population expands.

but its gonna be filled with the rich paki folks ( according to my parents there so annoyin people who move from american n than to pakistan and live in the nice areas cant stand them)
you heard wrong. Seriously, the rumors that people start. It’s not like they are a upstart new company. They’ve been building projects all over pak in the last 15 years or so. They already have completed countless other projects.
