How can you check all the blogs you have posted in without having to look through each one individually. Is there a feature like the subscribed threads one?

You can subscribe to individual entires and you can subsrcibe to blogs as well..
for entries, look at the bottom right last icon after any entry...
for blogs, go to any blog and on the left side under "options" you will see subscription option..
PS: I never used those options myself so, not telling you from the experience.
