Subhash Ghai's KISNA (*ing Vivek Oberoi)

Subhash Ghai celebrated 25 years of Mukta Arts Ltd., his wedding anniversary and the launch of two films on October 24th at Hotel Hyatt, Andheri. On the occasion, trophies were distributed to everyone associated with Mukta Arts. The entire film industry had gathered in full strength, wishing the Ghais the very best for the future endeavors.

The second film launched on the occasion is titled KISNA. Subhash Ghai will direct the film himself. The film will have music by A R Rahman and Ismail Darbar, lyrics by Javed Akhtar, cinematography by Ashok Mehta and action by Tinu Verma. The film will star Vivek Oberoi in title role & two new girls (one from India and one from UK). The story is set in 1930s.

I lost respect for Ghai ever since I watched (and puked) Yaadein. What a horrible director he can be to make the most popular new comer (Hritik back then) look the ugliest monk on the silver screen. Hritik was screwed by Ghai in that movie and poor guy never recovered. Since then he gave one after another flop till today (K3G, MSDKG, KMG were bullcraps btw, call 'em hits if you want). His career was sabotaged in the beginning by the moron Ghai. Taal is another example, he hired ganju khanna as feminine hero :smack: even ashwariya was more manly than akhsay :stuck_out_tongue:

hmmm… i saw a preview last nite on b4u of this new flick luking gud so far,who r the new girlz, i heard a gouri’s going 2 act in a leading female role is this true???.
