Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah & Allahu Akbar

** Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah & Allahu Akbar**

Hadith

[Sahih Bukhari : Hadith No. 479]

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi Allah Anhu): Some poor people came to the Prophet Muhammad (sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam) and said, “The wealthy people will get higher grades and will have permanent enjoyment, and they offer !Salat (prayer) like us and observe Saum (fast) as we do. They have more money by which they perform the Hajj, and 'Umra; fight and struggle in Allah’s Cause and give in charity.” The Prophet Muhammad (sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam) said, “Shall I not tell you a thing upon which if you acted you would catch up with those who have surpassed you? Nobody would overtake you and you would be better than the people amongst whom you live except those who would do the same. Say Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah and Allahu Akbar thirty three times each after every (compulsory) !Salat (prayer).”

We differed and some of us said that we should say, Subhan Allah thirty three times Alhamdulillah thirty three times and Allahu Akbar thirty four times. I went to the Prophet Muhammad (sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam) who said, " “Say, Subhan Allah and Alhamdulillah and Allahu Akbar all of them for thirty three times.”

Jazak ALLAH

another narration if I remember correctly did talk about 33 times for each BUT it adds that at the end recite:

ﻢﻴﻈﻌﻟﺎﻲﻠﻌﻟﺍ ﻪﻠﻟﺍﺎﺑ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻪﺗﻮﻗ ﻻﻭ ﻪﻟﻮﺣ ﻻﻭ ﺮﺒﮐﺍ ﻪﻠﻟﺍﻭ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻪﻟﺍ ﻻﻭ ﻪﻠﻠﻟ ﺪﻤﺤﻟﺍ ﻭ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻥﺎﺤﺒﺳ

JazakAllahukhair…:flower1:

Jazakallah khair....

Jazakallah khair....

if i remember correctly these tasbeehat are called tasbehat e fatime

So it's all 33 times?

Yup bao I think it's also called tasbiha- fatima zahra.

JazakAllahukhair…

Jazak Allah:)

I read in a hadith that say subhanAllah 33 times, Alhamdolillah 33 times and Allah-ho-Akbar 34 times. Allah Knows Best

so if you say it one less or more time it would lose it's "effect"??

me always 34 time Allah ho Akbar :konfused:

no it won’t but ﺎﻧﺎﻌﻃﺍ ﻭ ﺎﻨﻌﻤﺳ

:flower1:

very well said…

:subhan:
