While in England, I became a born again Pakistani … or I became completely freshified! I fell in love with Faakhir’s music as they kept playing it 24/7 on Jukebox-Vectone (one of their many desi satellite channels). Anyway, I decided to get his CD in Karachi.
What a fantastic CD. The title track is simply amazing … brilliant to dance to (which I know cause I’ve been dancing to it for the past hour and I think I hurt my ankle ) and the Spanish styled song, Dil Ruba, is also really good. I’m a bit disappointed that the song they are now playing over here on PTV that stars Humayun Saeed and some other Pakistani actors is not on this CD. I guess the CD that I got is his old one? Where can I find this new track they keep playing on PTV?
Fakhir is an awesome singer. I heard he iis suppose to release his new album sometime this month. You won't find sub tu sonieye, allah hou or any of his old tracks.
No, I have the Sub Tun Sohniyeh CD … it’s amazing. I was looking for Eik Wari … or whatever the song with all the drama stars in it (the video is filmed in Malaysia I think)
Deewaynay she is talking about the song "Kabhie kabhie pyar mein" its all over the net but I'm not really sure where you can download it.

But "Kabhi Kabhi Pyaar main" could also be the song she means. It is the title track of the drama serial "Kabhi Kabhi Pyaar main" and has Humayun Saeed, Mahnoor Baloch and some other actors in the video.
It is song number 10 on the album "Aatish".
The scenery of "Eik Waari" does look like Malaysia though.
