Heyy! I have been a silent reader for a long time.I just want to know what will be in style from June-August? Some ppl predicated that short kameez will be coming back, Is it? Thnk u for the help.
I hope short kameez wont be back :-/ I'm getting some classic shalwar kameez...don't think they ever go out of fashion. Then will get whatever is in fashion at the time etc

The coming year is all about long A-line kameezes with ankle length pants (capris but longer), it'll probably start really catching towards the middle of the year. Stay away from paneled frocks, they are so last year.
Mee too.. I really don't want short kameez. I really want the clothes that r in style now, to stay in style till the end of the summer. I'm planning on getting Lambi kameez wid wide pants and maxis made, but Im not sure if it will stay in style.

I think you will be good for next year with the stuff you have described! Short kameezes are not going to back next year.

@Notanothergirl..... could you post some pics of the pants your talking about. I'm also planning on buying clothes for this summer and would like some idea of the styles your talking about.

Ankle length pants with how much width at the bottom? I would imagine it to be around 6"?

So yes, this is a super simple outfit but you can get the point of it, its a long, flowy A-lne with the trousers.And although people will be wearing paneled frocks…they are on their way out…

Yeah the typical styled paneled shirt wil may not b that popular (as it is too common now I agree) but there are different ways of paneling a shirt for giving style, elegance and uniqueness I definitely knw and making for my clients too . That will b IN.

i want the knee-length kameez and wide bottomed shalwars to be back.and by wide bottom i do not mean the patiala shalwar thing,hated it then,hate it now.talking about the ones with lots of ghair. i am getting a few made. i do NOT want to wear trousers anymore.of any kind :(

do you remember the shalwars with big painchay (thats how i think its spelled)? the ones that had lots of buttons.the ones that fitted the ankle and were loose otherwise.i hope u get what i am talking about. well a friend of mine was wearing it when we met yesterday for dinner.and it looked pretttty cute. she was wearing it with a knee length kameez. i am so going for shalwars.
