ok we collected security depoist of 350 $..not really actually they got posessio of the unit on 15th ..signed and came to our house but they didnt want to move in until next month 1st..so we couldnt just keep it like that empty wihtout anythign so ami said teek hai security deposit ki thor se ap log half month rent dedo aroudn half like $350.. when t hey moved in 1st of next month ..n that time they happily agreed to an now hes saying its illegal i wan ti tback

we gave not notice now that we need the place so hes got 2 months. we said we’ll give it back to u when u leave..he sais not i m not leaving and u gotta give it otherwise im going to include enforcement officer..

question is kya hume zaroorat heh usko dehne ki abhi jab osne saaf kehdi aheh ke me nehi jara?

also agr humne wapis dehna hai 350 dollar to kya hum rceipt banaiy ya osko banana chahiye? kya pata bad woh kya kehe..ya mukarjai?

I dont have any clue that in what country / state is this matter happening.

Although in MOST cases that a person who is staying has to give notice of leaving "3 months" before his or her leaving date. It save you from such problems of after talks.

Although the person who is living there HAS to pay the amount for the days he is living there. If he is saying he is NOT leaving then you can also indulge officers in. Although it depend upon the policy of the contract if you have specified at the time of letting him in.
