I agree mentally disturbed people should not have the guns… but again, how is that going to help? The wrong hands with wrong intentions will always have access and get one when they want to. Obviously, you can’t “tag” people for mental issues… can you imagine the civil and legal issues with that? Unless you put the mentally disturbed in same category as child molesters and create a database…
