Gun laws will help how? The criminals and those who want to kill will ALWAYS have access to guns and law abiding citizens, who have guns as means of self-defense, will be left without any means to protect themselves. If gun laws was the answer here, California already has most strict laws in the union, how is that working out?
The shooters in most of these shootings are usually on some type of drug, like antidepressants or are just mentally disturbed.
Obama has executive order but constitution is there to make sure he doesn’t cross the limit, not to violate institutional rights of the citizens.
