**I WASN’T FREAKIN TRYING TO BE SNEAKY YOU LITTLE ****!!! The only reason she hates me is cause I forgot to ask her one time if I could take my lunch break at the end of my shift! Then she’s all like, “You guys know how hard it is to fill in the blanks so there is someone here…” Also, the only reason, she won’t give me the position, is because it pays the most, and she’s saving it for all whatever poeple (ie international students from the same place as her.) GAHHHH!!!
note that you understand her position on schedules, and frankly reading what she is asking for, without any background info, i dont think she is off base.
now for the sneaky part, address is head on, note that while it has a possibility of appearing sneaky , that was not the intent, but understanding hr point of view helps you figure out how to navigate in the organisation.
and then keep an eye on her, dont make enemies, but those that you have either you try to reverse that situation or at minimum be wary of them and be slick like anything around them.

I know, I know be polite and what not. I just hate her! Ughhh!!! Yea, I get that she's busy at times too, but you know, sometimes she's at fault also. She acts like she's perfect. Sorry guys, I just needed to rant; ughhh, I hate entitled people.....
