Azkar has asked this many times in feedback. Right-click on the link and copy the direct URL of the link and then forward that directly tou Azkar. He will put it in the blocked list.
Azkar will be posting an announcement on how to report such ads. images have been turned off for this very reason. Other steps are being taken to manage issues with google ads.
