Stunning Story

I read it somewhere, I first thought I shouldn’t share it, but now I think there is a lesson in it.

Note: People under the age of 18, please don’t read it.

p.s. Kindly forgive me if anyone feels that this story should not have been shared. My intentions were only to sincerely share that (Allah forbid) such an incident can happen to anyone if people don’t take care.

Re: Stunning Story

OMG :(! After having an already depressed day this only added to it but thanks for sharing it because it is a good lesson indeed. We should help whoever we can...who knows next time it will be us needing it or its one of our own who is in need of help. Thanks again.

Re: Stunning Story

wow thanx 4 sharing

Re: Stunning Story

^ Thanks for reading.

Maham sister, may Allah bless you and solve the problems which caused depression to you. I hope everything is fine now, by the grace and mercy of Allah (swt).

I thought one lesson of the story can be that parents should educate their daughters to not move out of the house alone (late at night), without a companion. As in Islam she should have at least a brother, Husband, son or father with her for protection, if she decides to move out. If non of them is available, still she must have her sister or mother with her. You never know which kind of people she might come across on a very less crowded road / place.

Re: Stunning Story

Amazing heart felt story. How differently a man can behave if the unknown is known and vice versa. Thanks for sharing

Re: Stunning Story

^ Exactly. Thanks for sharing! Yet again another fantastic story with a moral.

Re: Stunning Story

Thanx for sharing. It has a good lesson. :k:

Re: Stunning Story

:smack: and gee i thought the moral was that one should always help out their fellow man? but of course the emphasis is on the womna being out late at night. :k:

Re: Stunning Story

^ lol.. he said, 'one' of the morals could be this...

Re: Stunning Story

Sure!

Re: Stunning Story

thanks for sharing stp :-).....it's nice to be reminded to help others out cause you tend to forget in the midst of life

Re: Stunning Story

Nice post, in real life though those who r brave always pay for it, the attacker wud not just have run off like that!!

Re: Stunning Story

^JazakAllah khair everyone for the kind words of encouragement and taking the story positively.

I would like to add here the fact that the "passion" to save someone is more strong and "long lasting" than the passion to hurt anyone, because the former has blessings of Allah (s.w.t) with him and the later has curse of Allah on him. So whoever decides to save someone has this consolation. But it is also good to keep oneself physically and mentally fit and strong to be prepared for any such test of life.

Secondly, geting injured or dieing for a good cause is not a loss, it is success in the life hereafter. There is a beautiful saying of pious man that consoles us that we never are in a loss when we have good intentions for any action we take.

[quote]
What can enemies do to me? My paradise is in my heart, it is with me wherever I go. To imprison me is to provide me with seclusion. To send me in exile is to send me in the path of Allah. And to kill me is to make me a martyr.
