i got stuffy nose and constant headaches lately. I think it could be from sleeping with a/c on all night. What can i eat/drink to get rid of this stuffy nose situation?

a/c ko low kero aur use some hot stuf. weather is cold too, so u can’t blame the a/c alone. Beside why would u have a/c on when the weather itself is cold, dumb brain. get some hot drinks, chae, coffee and take tylenol. poray idiot ho tum, mere haath lago tou itna pito ge :bailan:

put some pepper in a tissue n bring it close to your nose,, you'll start sneezing, n i think you'll be arite...

oh my god, ive got a sore throat coz of the AC!!

try drinking warm milk before going to sleep :(... am suffering from headache and stuffy nose too ...

ac gives me a sore throat too but I refuse to turn it off. :snooty:

thanks everyone, i went to see the doctor and gave me some vicks vapour and now i can smell and breathe the air!! :stuck_out_tongue: lol yay!
