What are the various different kinds of stuffed parathas and what sides (chutneys, veggie dishes, meat dishes, etc.) do you pair the parathas with?

Saag paratha—> paired with nothing (crazy good by itself!)
mooli paratha—> with yogurt
aalo paratha—> hari chutney
mom also makes gobi paratha and daal paratha once in a while …can’t remember if they are paired with anything or not…

Alo paratha with green chutney/ meethi alu bukhara chutney
gobi/ qeema/ mooli/ daal parathay.. all with zeera raita
Saag and palak parathay just like that or with chicken salan of some sort!
Though I hardly eat parathas but stuffed parathay are awesome!!

We always have til ki chutney with aloo ke parathas…I think it’s a Hyderabadi thing

Aloo paratha = my mom would have some extra potato mix left over and scoop it on top of the paratha like ice cream
keema paratha = always had it with yogurt with zeera in it.

^Saag parathas are stuffed with leftover saag salan…
I wish I knew how to make parathas, I can barely make a round roti.

We add some groundnuts too and use this chutney with rice, puris, parathas, idlis, dosas, and what not 
Its indeed a universal favourite with Hyderabadis!
