I tried making cheese and chicken wali mirch like the ones they serve here at Nandos (lahore wala-dont know at other branches) as a starter. I stuffed big green chillies with marinated&stirfried chicken strips and mozarella+cheddar cheese, coated with cornflour/flour/milk/salt batter,rolled in crumbs and fried
