I bought some chillies not the normal hari mirch but these are slightly fat and big. I want to stuff them with chat patta masala and have them with daal roti…yum!!
But how do i make it please? I did some research but didnt come up with anything exciting! Please help me!!
Sunset u can use achaari masala for stuffing the chilli's! Either use the pre-made shaan masala or laziza for achaar gosht or make ur own.
juice of one lemon
1 tspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
1 tspoon mustard seeds
1 tspoon fenugreek seeds (methi)
1 tspoon fennelseeds (saunf)
1 tspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
mix all of this with the lemon juice, split the chillies lengthwiseand remove the seeds. Now fill the chillies with the mixture. U can either put them on dum when making the daal on shallow fry them in some oil and add it to the daal when it dome.
I use actual achar mix. Just buy regular mango achar and use the paste portion of the achar to stuff the chillies. Cook the chicken or meat like karahi style and then place the chillies in the mix for the last ten minutes or so.
