Suhaina, getting admission in a dubai based uni is not tough at all , though its very expensive. The reason most students target the West is because of their degree's having a wider international acceptance and the general well being of the students , for example you have ample opportunities in the UK / US to work as a student where as in Dubai there are very few student jobs , infact if you havnt been living in the country for a good number of years you will find it extremely challenging to find a proper student job ...
