most reputed ones are in Public sector colleges across Pakistan. the new breed of private medical colleges now also exist taking students who can get into the public ones.
its 4+1 year double bachelor degree MBBS offered. dont what you want to know the specifics.

The best bet would be doing MBBS from AKU (Aga Khan).
