How do you guys deal with studying and disappointments by bad grades? What keeps you motivated?

I do study and study and study but unfortunately I don't get the grades I want.
I'm not sure what Ill do this year since I"ll be taking as many courses as possible so that I can graduate ASAP, but if i'm doing so poorly when not taking many credits how will i fare when taking a lot :( It worries me...
