The best way to deal with disappointment is to completly forget about it. What happened, happened. Tommorrow is a new day. If you are feeling down, take a nap or do some physical work to get your body tired. Do not think about same thing over and over again. It will lower down your overall confidence.
Next day start off new, nothing you think or do will change the previous grades, so it is worthless to think about it. It makes you fresh, also try to decrease the distractions before the test/ exams. Do not maintain the same routine because that same set up has led to those failing grades. Remember, you have to improve and need a fresh chance.
