This is why PMLN supporters think PMLN is doing so well because billions of public money is spent on aggressive advertisement for projects with zero to little substance. This is where loan money is being needless wasted.
Unfortunately smaller provinces where their entire provinces’ budget is at par with money spent on Lahore Orange Line and Pindi’s Metro, don’t have the luxury of spending billions from public money on advertisement, (that too for failed projects) to brush up their PR.
People of Pakistan still remember how billions from money were wasted to glorify the failed project of Nandipur.
