Students claim discovery of herbal treatment to AIDS
KARACHI, March 02 (PNS): Two students of Mohammedi Homeopathic college,
Malir, Thursday claimed to have discovered a herbal drug named “Shafine”
for the treatment of AIDS.
While addressing a press conference here at a local hotel, Firdoos
Naseem and Lubna Fareedi said that they have treated two of the AIDS
patients and cured them fully using the Shafine drug. Firdoos Naseem
said that they were working on said drug since 3 years.
They expressed their deep concern over intolerable behavior of the
Government officials when they contacted for the registration for their
drugs and the applied for further research on Shafine.
They informed that Shafine contained 17 plant roots, various herbs and
homeopathic saturation, which they have certified from various
well-known laboratories of the city.
Later, They demanded registration of their drug and permission for
further research on it.
