I am very much impressed with their current marketing strategy. They have opened many locations in Karachi in KFC and MacDonalds style. Last we had dinner there. For Rs 300.00, they gave us two chicken biryanis, one piece of lahori charga (wing), two kheer in theekries, salad and raita - really value for money.
I think if they continue with this and spread their bussines throughtout Pakistan and abroad, they can become first Pakistani internatonal food of chain.
well actually... you are wrong.. my family's restaurants are the first pakistani international food chain as we just registered the company trademark etc in dubai and the first restaurant is about to open....
Good. But student Biryani is fast food chain here in Pakistan. Chicken Cottage of UK is also owned by Pakistanies but that does not serve pakistani food.
I was such a fan of student biryani , my first job in Karachi was in an office on A. H Road , some of us used to send our chaprasi for bying student biryani and zarda 3 to 4 times a week.
Wow , It has been very long time since I had student biryani.
aisha i am sorry but I once ate pizza at King's & queens in lahore and it was disgusting... plus it made me sick for a week :(
Oh BTW, u once told me that u owned K &Qs...
About Student Biryani, yeah they should open their branches all over pakistan.. I love the taste and its great....
We have savour food here but they serve Pulao
well Bundu khan is already registered as a food chain (but they dont have enough branches i guess)
and as far as i know there no food "franchise" registered in pakistan yet.
And Aisha how is it a pakistani international food chain when the first restaurant is yet about to open? u mean the future pakistani international food chain?
cuz i guess u have to register just a corporate and then u open as many branches as u want (after informing corporate departments) and if thats the case then both u and student biryani arnt the first ones, its bundu khan.
and u might serve pakistani food but the business thats registered in Dubai can not be called a pakistani food chain, and believe me there r so many other chains registered in pakistan and outside for pakistani food. i can name more than 10 in north america alone. Haveli restaurant in pakistan is an INTERNATIONAL PAKISTANI FOOD CHAIN (owned by sheikh rasheed b4).
May Allah bless ur business, INsha Allah i'll visit ur place when i visit dubai
