Strong Government

According to Imran Khan, strong government is the only solution of the problems of Pakistan. He also reiterated the old claimed exemplary concept of Welfare State. It is indeed easier to say then done, but his accomplishments also suggests that he is capable of making it possible.

Re: Strong Government

Well Imran Have a tough Task ahead.

Re: Strong Government

He means strong government under a general like Mush who can make him PM and a support of Malik Riaz .
He is still bargaining with Malik Riaz in London perhaps .

Re: Strong Government

So when Riaz malik is in Islamabad, does it mean he is always in Presidency? Besides there's no proof that he is in UK as well.

Re: Strong Government

Imran Khan disappeared to England to be with his sons for their summer vacations. ;) He disappears around this time every year. One would think how obsessed with him, Anwer Pasha is, he'd be the first to know. Guess not.

Re: Strong Government

Malik Riaz is returning tomorrow, lets see if he brings IK with him or not. ;)

Re: Strong Government

Touché Pasha sahib. ;) Let's see if both do return tomorrow. Two passport, ha!

Never a bad idea to save some coins!

Re: Strong Government

This is too much even by your standards :)

Re: Strong Government

It was just an example of yellow journalism ,we often face in Pakistan.
Not wrong , Not right .
I am sorry .

Re: Strong Government

IK Away He Away :hbk:

Re: Strong Government

Mostly wrong, man. :hypo: Mostly wrong. The terms of Imran’s divorce agreement says that he gets custody of his sons for a few weeks three times a year. Twice in summer when he goes to England, and once in the winter, with the two kids come to Pakistan. It’s been known for years. And how much you post about Imran Khan, I thought you’d know, Pasha sahib.

Maybe it’s time you start reading his interviews. Just saying.

Re: Strong Government

I knew that , There was another agreement before marriage which covered already these terms .
Nothing new
But I said sorry for my yellow journalism .

Re: Strong Government

Govts are strong if the institutions are strong Period, nothing had been done in Pakistan to strengthen the institutions, result is the anarchy, we have worked hard to protect the personalities, the personalities which even if dies comes back to haunt us... we respect their graves but we do not respect the institutions of the country. If anyone is making tall claims that he can make a strong govt by strengthening all the institutions overnight then either he is a fool or do not know the fundamental flaw of our institutions and system.

The Problem with most of us is that we live in idealistic or dream world and we follow anyone selling those dreams without making out that these dreams are far-fetched and/or are the sweet-coated lie if not the poison.

The welfare state concept is far far far fetched dream to say the least, but as we were the bulk of ROTI, KAPRA and MAKAN in 70s and Nizam-e-Shariayat in 90s, we will continue to buy them and then weep on the loss and will curse the seller for selling fake items....

Re: Strong Government

This was perhaps recorded on the instruction of the King Malik Riaz before his fall.
