strings have sung the spiderman 2 song very well but i dont like it.
^^ Meeday, ur rite. Only the guitar is the strong point in that song, otherwise it was a low point in their otherwise brilliant album.
If I were the director of SM2, I would have picked 'Mil Gaya Woh' the best song in the album. Its really a cool song, with western touch to it. Not many Pakistani artists make these kinds of songs.
Khair, this is my personal preference.

I don't understand why everyone is making such a big deal out of "yeah it’s only the Indian version of Spiderman they sang for" etc.
Hell – its still a huge achievement… an international one I might add as a qualifier. They were still chosen by Sony… makes me proud as a strings fan and makes me even prouder to know that for an Indian release, they selected this particular Pakistani group out of all the choices they had practically around the world.
Also, there’s no point in comparing them with other groups - Strings, Junoon and Fuzon are my favorite bands… it just so happens that I listen to all three based on whatever I feel like.

Umar, euphoria and moksha achieved these feats too numerous times in the absence of Strings there (alot of these hollywood movies are released in Hindi), and to be honest, that was because the pop/rock scene in India is not comparable to ours.
anyone knows about the contract deal between warner bros. and strings ?
