well the movie was intentionally and officiall released on youtube, the movie is not going to be released in cinemas, and yes he did rape the girl, the point was he was pissed and he took out his anger on the girl, as far as doing without it I guess the writer wanted to make some chemistry but since there was not much time in the story or place for it, he just made it quick 
over all a good watch :k:
