The only thing our Supreme Court has done so far is to take initiatives to enforce the rule of law. Not surprised, when you have a crook in power, who got a full pardon from another crook in return for his safe exit from the country. The supreme court is there to make sure a criminal does not become the president of the country. That’s why they are in the news. The problem here isnt the SC, the problem is these jiyalas and their violent means of protest. The Govt can certainly fight the case, or appeal if they feel so strongly about it. The legislature must be respected!
