Stretching

My right leg hurts when I stretch :teary1: Left leg is easier, but right leg is rrrggghhh :mad: Tips, suggestions?

did u play sports...??

ummmm i think soaking ur self in a tub of warm water...add some salt... and stay for 45 mins... it helps... helped me alot...

You're just unfit, keep doing it, excercise. I had a knee problem, I would complain that my right knee hurts when I run, but the more I excercised, the less my aches and pains became.

catty when i exercise, its okay.. its only when stretching the right leg gives me more problems :bummer:

Very true. Last summer, I damaged some tissue/ligament in my knee cause I was overdoing it at the gym. It would swell up badly at any given time, especially if I over used it. I just continued exercising and stretching and eventually it went away. I have no aches or pains now in my knee. :hula:

Sara, just keep stretching your leg. Don’t force your leg to go into any painful position, but do continue to stretch your leg muscles. Do different types of stretches or a pilates/yoga class which also is good for stretching.
