What pre or post game stretches do you do if you play a sport?

We normally do the following warm up and stretches.

JOG
Alternating ground touches
High knees
High heels
Sprints
Backwards jog
Alternating sideways jog

STANDING STRETCHES
Neck rotation
Arm circles forward and reverse
Hip rotation
Knee rotation
Back rolls
Tricep stretch
Deltoid stretch
Wrist stretch
Front leg stretch

GROUND STRETCHES
Ankle stretch
Toe stretch
Back stretch
Shoulder stretch
Hip Stretch
Thigh stretch
Seated Splits

SPECIFIC
Break falls
Cartwheels
Low crawl without using legs
Back crawl

I am sure I am missing a few, besides sometimes we throw in an extra few new ones into the routine.
