what do u do for stress relief?
I am extremely stressed out these days and just started yoga exercies yesterday. it was really good.
But I know that job and boss issues will get back again and again so how to get rid of that stress?

yoga is good but wat works for me is when i pray and every fajar i read supilication for my distress and believ eme right after that i feel so good and realieve from stress.. i believe praying is my spriatual way of releasing stress...however im sure they are many ways but this sure works for me and im sure it will work for u.

fresh air and prayer sure helps but figuring out wot's bothering you, can help relieve your stress a bit. all the good prayers from my side, feel better :)

I find Kalms tablets help calm me down through periods of stress and irritability. Also a good diet, excercise and leisure (social life) helps too.

Read Namaz,Read Quran,Get some fresh air ,Meet up with old friends,exercise,have good nights sleep -this will refresh your mind & spirits!

I either do a Bodycombat or Bodyattack class at my gym. If theres no classes on then i go for a run on the treadmill.

i paint, but i have no artistic skill at all, but i guess the act of sitting there with no distraction and focusing on a small task for an hour really relaxes me....just find something that works for you...or take a buble bath that helps me too, and if nothing else works for some really strange reason cleaning helps me calm down

Relaxation techniques will help you relax but they will not solve your problems. Address the issues that are causing stress and find some acceptable resolution to these issues. It sounds like you are avoiding the real issues while dealing with the symptoms.
