A cat-nap even for 5-10 minutes is what I do in stressful time. (just when one gets to the REM sleep stage). Then I am charged again to deal with ANYTHING positively. Otherwise everything looks unsolvable. Sometimes even resting in darker quiet room for few minutes is enough.

Writing down the list of ALL things to do first randomly then mark them with numbers based on priority. This way mind gets free of burden of constant or recurring thoughts. Just cross the line over what you have accomplished/completed over time. That's a great feeling.

How I learned it? By being in stressful and busy work schedule so many years and found this technique work the best for me.
