how to deal with so many tension ,stress and depression in life what to do ,where to go ,is any islamic way to get out of it
Aside from praying, doing dhikr etc. the one thing that helped me personally was reading a book called "Don't be sad". Look into it... Hopefully it'll offer you some kind of comfort/reassurance.

To 'get out' of it you need to 'get into' contemplation in knowledge of the truth and then trying to align yourself with it. I know it is a very general and a vague statement but so was your query.
