Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
This reminds me of Bilal Skaf and his gang.
The Australians went crazy over the gang rapes mainly because the gang was that of young muslim men. There was increased tension in the community and muslims were being attacked. That was when the Judge gave an official statement which I don’t remember off by heart but it said something like the Australian prisons aren’t over-crowded with muslims but with Australians themselves! Word.
Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
Having being brought up in Bradford, I've seen first hand what these Pakistani boys and men are up to. Strolling their cars in the street picking up vunerable teenagers (maybe 12,13). You'll see a whole line of BMWs and toycars (obviously got them by drug money) picking up prostitutes in the Red light District, cheating on their wives and spreading disease whilst abusing children at the same time (alot of them are fathers and have young daughters themselves). OK white men do this, but the big issue here is that the Pakistani community is turning a blind eye to it. The whole boys will be boys notion is still going strong. That's what makes this a really big issue. They are being housed by the community and their family, ummi is still making them roti after their long night of abusing girls - maybe arranging a marriage to a nice girl from pakistan in order to straighten them out.
Its going on alot more than the media portrays it with the arrests, except they aren't being caught, because their community around them is safeguarding them and they dont see the vulnerable white girls as victims, thinking their sons are God's gifts to the world. I'm glad this is being bought up, and I'm glad he mentioned Pakistanis, really he should say mirpuris aswell, because this is occuring in mirpuri areas. Bring this damned community in the limelight.
I'm so glad im in the USA now with my two lovely girls keeping them away from all that crap. I know the world is a dangerous place but really the pakistani community is a lot more civilised here;.
Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
Sajania786 no one would have an objection if he'd addressed the Pakistani community along with other communities. Its the singling out that's a bit ridiculous.
P.S. Right on with the Mirpuri community. I'll say they're largely responsible for such a perception.
Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
Yeah but I dont see any other communities being as hypocritical as the pak/Mirpuri community. If a bunch of white lads were abusing young asian girls, I dont think the surrounding white community would cover it up and brush it under the rug like pakis do. I'm glad they are finally being targetted. Might encourage them to slap their boys silly
Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
I don't think that the Pakistani community is hypocritical, overall. But as I said earlier, this is definitely an issue that needs to be discussed. No one was denying the issue.
/constant ranting
Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
Maybe not where YOU live, but where I was brought up (where this sort of thing was happening alot before it received media attention), people in the community knew about them, their names, what exactly they do, who with, but they never went to the police because they never saw it as a wrong thing or were in complete denial. The b******s were safeguarded and got married and had kids. Maybe influencing their sons with this sort ofbehaviour. The community were just as worse as the perpetrators themselves. So I'm glad they are being singled out, but really he should emphasised on the mirpuri aspect (I'm mirpuri myself) and I would really hate it for the pakistanis who live in the south in places like leicester, london etc to have this stigma attached to them though this doesnt occur that much in those areas.
Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
Okay, I got to say that's low if they knew about those things. Fair enough.
Re: Straw in row over Pakistani men sex abuse comments
Guys, i think Sajania has raised some really valid points. There is no getting away from the fact that "some" men within the pakistani community in Bradford (Pakistanis here are largely of mirpuri background) are abusing white girls because they see them as easy! I live in Birmingham and seriously the attitude of some youngsters towards white folk is soooooo racist and disgusting it is beyond belief. And like Sajania said, people in the community know exactly who these perverts are and they are shielding them. Honestly how much more budnaamee do we have to take as a community? I havent seen any pakistanis in the news denouncing these perverts. Maybe its because the media doesnt want to show them i dont know! I've got two young daughters of my own and i seriously worry for them.
Another gang of pakistani men, preying on young white women were busted a couple of weeks ago in Derby. Now i'm not saying that all of the community is full of perverts and badmaash BUT our communities do have to take some responsability for the way some of our youngsters are going. They cant go on hiding these perverts because they think that white girls deserve it! Before u start throwing things at me, alot of young men do have that attitude.
Honestly, these 2 cases have just reinforced the negative perception of our communities within the minds of white people.
Going off topic slightly, if your 20 yr old son, who is on benefits and doesnt have a job comes home with a brand spanking BMW arent u going to ask "puttur where the hell did u get that from" not "Come on, take me for a ride to your aunty rasheedas house so i can show off your guddee".
I know parents at my kids schools, who cant be bothered getting out of bed in the morning to take the kids to schools cuz its raining! these are the same parents who wont help there kids with homework, wont let them watch Cbeebies because its a bad influence but wil let them watch all the bukwaas on star plus and zee. iIknow one lady whos boys are so out of control that they hit her on a regular basis, drink, take drugs and the father refuses to do anything about it. Infact hes quite proud of his "badass boys" (thats his own nickname for them). They've got no qualifications and are on state benefits!
it really is a very sad situation.
