I did have to wear glasses when re-newing my license. Although it says on my license that I must wear glasses while driving, that doesn't mean I will. I can see big cars. I just can't read the street signs but thanks to my navigation system. It has the upcoming and surrounding streets on the map right infront of me.
Funny story, when I went to renew my license, the lady said ok read in the machine. I tried to trick her and started reading random words "A E H G D F"........she said no no, read the first line. Since I couldn't see and I was making those words up, I said let me put my glasses on. When I looked, they were all numbers and there were no letters on the screen. I felt like the biggest fool.
hey shikra…what if someone crashes into your car and tries to do a runner…in order for you to make a note of the number plate…you should wear your glasses. its for ur own safety…wear contacts if u dont like glasses…otherwise your eyesight will get more worse
Impulse I am not dumb God forbid, but if I ever get in a hit-and-run, I won’t stop my car and start crying. I will chase that sucker down and either crash my car into him or get the number place. My glasses are always in my car and I put them on when I need to read number plate etc.
I was driving home from school last year (or the year before that). There was a truck on my right side who had lose tools on it. I didn’t realize it. I was about to pass him in my line when all of the sudden some tool flew and hit my passenger side’s rear window and broke it. I think he didn’t realize it, so he kept going. I pulled over, got out, looked at the window and realized what had happened. I started driving again, chased him, got the number plate, and reported him.
Sara Yes I chased him and got the number plate down. And your thread isn’t deleted, it’s in the review folder because it had a lot of bad posts, as you and a few other people reported me. I can bring it back, give me some time.
