Right now its -21C in Toronto with wind chill effect of -35C. Some chilling feel of Antartica here.
A month ago Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan were in -10C already. Now in December they are no match with sourthern most part of the country where Toronto is. They infact are enjoying fall temprature. Something weird is going on cuz of global warming.
