Actually this is a true story. I had to create another Id because I can be identified by my regular id.

From what I could gather, initially they did not believe my relative at all since the girl has claimed he is a drug addict and beat her up in his alcoholic binges. She even put some bruises on herself.

However, his bail was reduced to only 1500 dollars when he was to show that as part of his job he gets randomly drug tested and the last random drug test was only a few weeks ago. Also, he does not drink at all since he is religious. Also, she messed up by claiming the date and time of the attack since at that time he was with some other friends.

I know this situation seems like it is in the movies but it is real.

The reason why he agreed to marry so quickly was because he is 32 and felt that he was getting old, and the girl was very pretty & charming + convincing.

Also, her parents & relatives have all switched off their phones and cannot be reached at all.

I don’t think any girl would go ahead and beat herself to become more convincing. As for the drugs and alcohol abuse…well…I am sure your relative is very shareef and all that.

BUT

You do not know what happens behind closed doors and that’s the real truth. You will never know what happens in the privacy of someone else’s home and what they do on their own time. Religious or not. Just because someone prays 5 times a day doesn’t mean they are automatically religious in their hearts as well. For many people, namaz seems to simply be an exercise. My ex didn’t miss a single namaz…but that didn’t stop him from cleaning out our ENTIRE apartment (he even took the spoons) and then claiming in court that I did it. He tried to sue me for everything.

Needless to say…the judge dismissed this as soon as he realized it wasn’t true. Courts will ask for proof and since there won’t be any…your friend will be done with this soon enough.

Now the financial ramifications are different…those will take time to get through

As for the absurd statements about pretty girls on matrimonial sites…false.

People don’t go no websites because they’re desperate. They do it because they have no other way of meeting someone who can actually qualify as a life partner for them.
