I am a Canadian girl, born and raised! I am not chalak, and no man has to “beware” of me!
Anyway, back on topic now. I have a degree in HR, and I know in Canada it is illegal to do drug testing on your employees. Doing drugs is considered an addiction, and an addiction is considered a mental health issue. As an employer, you can not discriminate against an employee for any health issues.
BUT…if what you said did happen, thats messed up. And no matter how old someone is, they shouldnt rush into a marriage with someone they barely know.
And you shouldnt generalize about girls in Toronto/Brampton. If that girl is telling her side of the story to her friends and she is saying “beware of guys from Toronto/Brampton, because they will beat you and drink and take drugs”, it doesnt make it true!
