Yes she is cheating. She is acting like a love sick puppy. If your husband did this would you consider it cheating or not?

she's not cheating. Instead of going on the PC she should go out with friends, watch a movie and such. It would preoccupy her time.
although IF her relationship was better with her husband she wouldn't have to compensate it with an online person.

She's not marreid the guy is she's engaged. She does not call it love, just says she likes talking to him. It's understandable I guess since there've been in contact for a while now. I would call it cheating if she was flirting with him etc ...

Um, she likes talking to him because she is developing feelings for him. Feelings she may not really want to admit...to anyone...not even herself.
It would be naive to consider this harmless.

I agree with Reha it's definitely not healthy but even she recognizes that and that's why he want to do something about it but just can't get herself to...
I don't know why everyone perceive's this as cheating her fiancé knows and she's not romantically in love with the guy.
