lol. Why is it bothering you? Let them keep tabs, it is a part of the job description for being a parent :) Why are you getting irritated?
When they feel you are mature enough to take care of yourself they will stop nagging you, and it happens only when you are married or you start earning money and show some mature behavior towards life.

let me give you MY situation as an example…
okay this was like 7 years ago. I was a MARRIED !!! Hubz had to be out of state for some work.
My mom calls me up to tell me that I should MOVE back with them for those TWO days!!!

She wanted to be “protective” so hubz wouldn’t think that while he was away I was ?? really ? don’t know what??
hahahahah
so I confronted my mom after FIVE years - that why did she wanted me to stay with them for those two day?
and she told me because since your hubby was away you were OUR RESPONSIBILITY

I had not asked my mom at that time because I personally wanted to hang out with family… but seriously - the reason mom gave was like - she will NEVER LET ME GROW UP!
