According to Genesis, Abraham was told that he would have a son by his wife Sarah. She thought she was too old and gave her slave Hagar to sire a child for Abraham. Sarah later DID get pregnant and the two sons were born about 13 years apart. Hagar was send away by Abraham AFTER isaac was “weaned”.
The difference between the Qur’an and Bible is who was almost sacrificed. The Qur’an say Ishmael, the Bible say Isaac.
