yes i am…this is my experience with environment canada that when they talk about the ‘storm of the century’ it always never ever materializes…it fizzles and when the huge storms hit us, they are asleep on the job…lol! my bro has been in Canada for decades and he says the same thing. i’ve seen that in my 12 years of stay in Canada. Newfoundland weather forecaster were much better lol
