No, there isn't any street in the name of Changez Khan. there is a road in Multan dedicated to Ahmed Shah Abdali

There is a bus stop called doodh pati stop near PIDC Karachi. whats the story behind it. Also anyone knows story behind the name of Disco MoR? was there a disco near this stop?

Nipa chowrangi was named after an institute National institute of public administration which is now changed to NIM National institute of managememnt but, it is still known as NIPA chowrangi.
