A lot of people are switching to glass storage containers due to the recent findings about plastic containers and reheating food in them.

I have always used glass just because it's easier to get the grease off it.

storage in both glass and plastic but food is only reheated in glass containers.

I store in plastic and (dont shoot me) the dish i cooked in 
but always reheat in plates/dishes that we’re gong to eat in (make sure hteyre microwaveable safe)
But if either of us were to start taking lunch to work, I’d get a few glass boxes.

I store in plastic still but transfer to glass to reheat in microwave

Tupperware for refrigerating then i transfer the food onto a plate when reheating in the microwave. Or i just reheat in a pan.

maroush, for the reasons u are not heating food in tupperware, please read up on 2 things
1) what happens to plastic surface when you use spoons etc to take food out of them.
2) what happens when you put food into those containers, especially hot food, for storage.
short answer, ...its not good.
