OMG SGC. Depo Provera caused my infertility. Its there actually in the literature about it - fine print of course. But it causes infertility in more women that they'd care to admit. Shuts down your ovaries and hence their production of necessary hormones. And a good number of women are not able to overcome the shutdown. STAY AWAY from this drug!!!
Its a very bad thing to interfere with Mother Nature. She dont like it and WILL get even!! Cycles are supposed to be just that - CYCLES!! Let them happen, let nature take its course. Screw with it and it will screw with YOU!!
mama, that is frightening! i was on DP for two cycles, i.e. two shots, and i was spotting EVERY SINGLE DAY for 6 months. i also gained 10 lbs. it was such a miserable time and the worst decision i could have made. NEVER doing that again!
