Last 10 seconds of the clip - clearly you can see that the drops are going back up yet when he puts his index finger above the pool of water it seems as if the water is going right through the hand. I can assure you this is just some one wasting time.

All this was done thru the use of LED's. If you time it properly this is what happens. Haven't u guys seen the wheels of a car spinning while driving, after a certain speed it seems as if the spokes are actually going backwards. Or maybe that's also someone just wasting time? As Imagination said, "Its just an illusion"
