I had very bad stomach this morning, I took Alkaseltzer..Feeling much better but that pain is still there…
My question is Why this pain appear very often? And after talking Alkaseltzer pain is gone after 2/3 hrs…

Maybe you ate something that disagreed with you (maybe the combination of foods wasn't good).
Stress can sometimes cause stomach ache as well. If it's happening often, it's best to consult a doctor.
No… The food was Okay but a bit spicy…
