So, I delivered 9.5 months back and still haven't lost the stomach fat. I still look 4 months preg. Don't know how to lose the bulge. Any suggestions???

Please do not tie your stomach. Its very dangerous in the long run. It disarranges inner organs and neagtively affects your stomach muscles too. Just watch your food intake. avoid butter and ghee. Use olive oil for cooking. Try to have your dinner by 7pm.Go for a walk daily preferably after dinner.
I think you shouldn't do anything at your own you should consult a physician for this ...

Hello, it might not be fat. When we are pregnant our abdomen separates. For someone women this is much worse and a bulge forms. You need to see a profession and find out the extent of your ‘diastasis recti’ as it’s known and do the appropriate exercises to bring the muscles together again. There’s lots of info of you google that term.
You can loose the weight and become thin and still have a pregnant looking stomach if you have diastasis recti.
