Thanks, I'm gona try it this weekend, minus the aloe vera gel (where do you even get that?) . Gota go shopping for stuff :)
Vital I usually par-boil brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, snowpeas and then saute them in a tablespoon of olive oil, black pepper and very little salt.. u can even used garlic/lemon salt. I add thyme often too.
Just slice all the diff peppers, mushrooms and I use sesame oil, garlic paste, soy sauce :)
I've recently added aloe vera gel to my diet..and it makes u're skin glow!
