Mehnaz - i have also been a huge fan since his days wid The Police, but my most favorite song by sting has been:
desert rose - i just can't get it out of my had.

man "Desert Rose" is my all time favorite song!
Why doesn’t he give a free concert in Canada??? 
i have loved Sting for so many years… grew up listening to his songs. “Desert Rose” is unbelievable… “Fields of Gold” is also really nice, and so is “Every breath you take”.

Although Desert Rose is a brilliant song, I prefer Sting's earlier stuff ... simply classic!
